Instructional Grouping
The classroom seating will be set up in small groups of four to six students of mixed ability (higher/gifted and Lower/struggling students). Initially, I would let the students pick their seats. After a couple of weeks, I would make a permanent seating assignment. The groups would be set in mixed ability.
For leveled subjects like Reading, The students will be pulled into small groups of similar levels.

Virtual Classroom Management
Virtual Classroom Management is much the same as the physical classroom.
The same Behavior/Expectations and Classroom Norms from the physical class would still be used. The implementation may be slightly different but would still basically work the same way in the virtual classroom as it would in the physical classroom.
Making sure daily, and even during transition from one subject to another that the students understand and remember the rules for the classroom.
Philosophy of Education
- My philosophy of education hasn’t changes much since I made my Education Web Page.
- I still believe that each child is unique, and each one has a specific learning style.
- I also believe that teachers should meet their students where are. In order to guide them through each concept presented, in order to make them the best student they can be.
- It is very important for the teacher to know each of their students and know the best way(s) they learn.
